How does QC work?
QC in samples
QC is very important in our production process.
Before sending samples to customers, they must undergo QC testing and be OK before they can be sent out.
QC in first piece of bulk goods
When the bulk production begins, the first pieces of bulk goods needs to be inspected by QC and strictly checked against the approval samples. Any deviation should be corrected immediately so that production can be improved immediately.
QC in mass production
Throughout the entire production process, QC randomly checks the bulk order every day to ensure that it is being processed correctly. After the completion of the bulk order, conduct internal inspection and issue a report for sales and customers to have a more detailed understanding of the condition of the goods.
